Chapter 4

Next day
Aradhya stirred slightly, her body exhausted, her hairs tousled, light slap marks and dried tears on her cheeks.

Suddenly she woke up with a jolt and looked around the room. Her clothes discarded at one corner of the room, dried blood on her thighs.

Tears started flowing from her eyes remembering previous night. She felt disgusted on herself. Her helpless screams to stop, her denials. Everything. Unheard.

She put her clothes on, and ran out of the building to her house. She was constantly mumbling that her brothers will surely kill that monsters.

As she reached the threshold of the mansion, a sudden slap greeted her which was none other than Akriti, her mother. Her whole family was standing in the living room but not a single person stopped Akriti.

"Mamma.. " whispered Aradhya being shocked.

"What mumma ha? " shouted Akriti, fuming in anger.

Just then, Rudra stepped in front of her and throwed some photographs on her face harshly. "What is this Aru? The hell, was wrong with you? "

Aradhya flinched at his tone, not a single person raised their voice ever on her, let raise their hands. But today her Ru bhai did. When she examined the pictures, she was shocked, beyond words could ever describe.

The photographs showed that it was her who pushed Riya from the stairs. But Aradhya knew it wasn't her and Riya had fallen because her foot had slipped. But the photos in front of her told a different story.

Aditya who had been quiet all the time, stood in front of her. His face red with rage, fingers fisted tightly at the sides.
"Mujhe thoda toh yakeen tha ki tune asa kuch nahi kiya tha par tune mujhe galat sabit kar diya. Kya jarurat thi tuje Riya ko dhakka marne ki? Haa? Teri bhabhi thi vo..? "

(I had a little belief in you, that you wouldn't have done such thing. But you proved me wrong. What was the need to push riya? Haa? She was your bhabhi?)

"No bhai.. Nahi.. Maine-.. " Aradhya was saying, when vivaan cut her in the middle and did not let her speak.

(No bhai.. No.. I-..)

"Shut up Aru.. Just shut up! Kya safai dene wali hai tu? Sach tere samne hi hai, saboot bhi hai aur tu abhi bhi mana kar rahi hai. Janta hu tuje Sunil uncle ne chudaya hai par abhi lag raha hai unhone galat kiya. Shukr mano ki Darshin uncle nai tuj per aur case nahi kiya. Waittt!! Tune issliye kiya kyunki tuje Dhruv bhai aur Adi bhai attention nahi de rahe the? Oh god! Aru unki nayi nayi shaddi hui thi..! "

(What explaination are you going to give? Truth is infont of you, proof also but still you are denying. I know sunil uncle has bailed you but now I am feeling he has done wrong. Thank god that darshin uncle has again not filed a case against you.. Waittt! You did this because Dhruv bhai and Adi bhai didn't give you attention? Oh god! Aru they were newly married..!)

"Nahi bhai mai kyu asa karungi.. No I didn't do it.. Please believe me." Aradhya once again pleaded in front of them.

(No bhai why will I do that.. No  I didn't do it.. Please believe me.)

Aradhya pleading went towards her father and uncle."Dadda.. Chachu.. Maine sach mai nahi kiya. aap log kyu nahi samaj rahe hai? "

(I really didn't do anything. Why aren't you guys believing me?)
